Boot Camp classes are group style training led by Coach Susie that use a combination of functional movements and interval circuits to provide a fat & calorie burning session along with building muscle. Remember muscle burns fat and that’s what shows definition once you get your body fat down. Training varies every day to keep the classes challenging yet fun, motivating participants and to keeping your body guessing.
The class begins with an active, dynamic warm up to get your heart rate pumping for the workout ahead. The workouts include a combination of calisthenics, plyometrics, strength, conditioning and core movements to get a full body, high intensity workout. We finish with a cool down of stretching & yoga movements to add flexibility and mobility to transform you mentally and physically.
